The remodel

The details you notice every day.

Rough plaster, tired tile, cracked coping, an aging pump. A thoughtful remodel addresses what you see each time you step outside.

It begins with a text and a few photographs. We’ll talk through what is worth doing now, what can wait, and arrange a quote for the work.

Who performs the work?

Weekly pool cleaning is performed by Liquid Lux Pools. Remodeling, resurfacing and construction performed by Seamco of Tampa Bay Inc., FL Lic. #CPC056725. That includes equipment installation. Either way, the conversation starts with Dan.

How long does a resurfacing or new pool take?

It depends on the project: size, finish, permits and weather. We won’t publish an invented number. Ask about timing when you receive your quote, because it is specific to your project.

Plaster or pebble: which finish is right?

That depends on budget, how the pool is used and the look you want. The honest answer is to see samples in person and talk it through at your pool, rather than choose from a web page.

Can you care for the pool after the remodel?

Yes. Once the work is complete and the water is back in, Liquid Lux Pools can take over weekly cleaning so the new finish stays beautiful.

Which areas do you serve?

Apollo Beach, Waterset, MiraBay, Ruskin, Riverview, Sun City Center, Gibsonton, Wimauma and the wider South Shore / South Hillsborough County. Unsure whether you are on the route? Text your address.
